I ran the troubleshooter…I have downloaded a couple different drivers that have done nothing! I need halp to fix this issue as we do online school for 3 kids and have to have the integrated web camera, it is also vital to my at home business!!
Please help…. Hi Betty — the software installs and updates Drivers where required. There is also a rollback option if you want to undo an update. Did you do the Drivers Scan and then select the Drivers to install? You can use the support link within the program to get more detailed help. I have a Gateway MX laptop, which I discovered no audio device was detected.
It was bought in for my daughter. I went to the Gateway website and as usual they do not have the MX laptop listed to obtain the audio drivers. I tried installing the Realtek AC97 drivers manually but they would not install. Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem or is this laptop ready for the dustbin?
I have a Gateway all in one with windows 8. When I access my e-mail or face book account it locks up on me and then have to exit explorer and enter again, this happens many times and is frustrating.
