I cant even connect to the internet, nor does explorer. Intenet explore wont launch, so I cant download microsfts patch to try to fix the problem. I cant do anything with it, and I dont think I will beable to do a fresh install either.

If I leave it running Idle, it will automatically shut down too. Please, somebody help me save my computer!! Joined Mar 6, Messages 5. Why do you see "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem" or similar error messages? The are several possible reasons of this error message.

I had the same problem but it has now stopped. All I needed to do was do a windows update and that solved it for me. Just click on the windows update button. I hope this helps, if not good luck. By the way I have a Inspiron You might have the same problem as me if you have the same laptop. Post Reply. Top Contributor. Dell Support Resources. Latest Solutions.
