The home I purchased in Chicago was perfect for my family, but I needed to update a few things, the windows, and the front entry door for starters. Also I had always wanted a retractable awning for the back of my home. I made an appointment with a Kobyco sales person and the rest is history.

Now I have to wait an additional weeks for a replacement shutter and who knows how long for the replacement trim - and when I voiced my frustration with the "factory" calling me directly to confirm what trim parts need to be replaced - the owner stated that if these delays and human errors are so frustrating then I should reconsider ordering custom in the future.
