If it says service not avail on most carriers it simply means you have to have the internet package on your blackberry. I am not sure if it does the same thing in other countries. Messenger application icon does not show up after installation. The program shows in applications like its on the device but you can not access it. I have unistalled it and reinstalled it and it still gives me the same error!
